At most once a minute, our website asks our servers whether they can reach their database, loads the web app's sign-in page, and reads the report the phone network publishes about itself. Everyone who opens this page during that minute sees the same result.
It does not place a test call, so a problem that only shows up on a real call can be missing here. If your calls are failing, tell us.
