What counts as a minute
Calls to and from the phone network. Agent-to-agent calls inside your organization are bridged the same way but never touch the network, so they are not metered at all.
The spend ceiling
A default monthly cap on each plan, which you can move. It exists because a compromised extension dialling premium numbers overnight is the expensive failure in this industry. Outbound is what gets blocked; inbound calls keep arriving.
How you start
We provision your numbers, your business hours and your first call flow with you, then hand over the admin. Email and we will scope it — it is usually a short conversation.
About recording.
Recording is dual-channel, and your organization sets the policy rather than each agent: always, the agent’s choice, or never — plus whether an agent is allowed to stop one that is already running.
Moving to a plan without recording stops new ones being made. It never removes access to recordings you have already captured.
Not sure which one?
Tell me how many people answer the phone and how many numbers you need, and I will tell you which plan fits — including if that is the cheapest one.
Prices shown are list. Nothing on this page charges a card — accounts are set up by hand today.
